Results of Round 1 of the 2009 SWAMBC Small Yacht racing series at Portishead Lake on Sunday, April 19th.

Brian Gale is thanked for once again acting as Race Officer and did a very good job, keeping the meeting moving and setting the two courses to suit both the two smaller classes and the Lasers

10 entrants took part and very much enjoyed the event.

Results were:

65 Class (Fiesta type): 1 Clive Cheesley 2 Dain O'Driscoll; 3 Geoff Portlock.

78 Class (Victorias, etc): 1 Gordon Evans; 2 Geoff Portlock; 3 Clive Cheesley.

100+ Class (Lasers): 1 Chris Jackson; 2 Neil Harvey; 3 Dave Offler.
